Wool and Cashmere

About Our Luxe Fabrics

Our winter collection uses only two fabrics - wool and cashmere. They’re both super luxe, natural, warm, and soft, but what’s the difference?

Cashmere is a type of wool that comes from cashmere goats. Cashmere is softer, lighter, and has finer fibers. Being 8 times warmer than wool, cashmere is perfect for those who live in super cold areas, but its luxe texture can add a touch of sophistication to any look for everyone. Wear it alone or layer it with other items, you can snuggle up and feel its softness directly on your skin.

Wool comes from sheep and merino wool comes from merino sheep, which is warmer and softer than regular wool. Wool is more durable than cashmere since it has coarser fibers. This means you can wear your sweater for even longer. Because there are more wool sheep than cashmere goats, wool is more budget friendly too!

Despite their differences, both wool and cashmere are premium fabrics, perfect for everyday wear in colder seasons. No matter which one you choose, you’ll feel like you’re on a bed of roses.
