What is FIBFLX Integrity Pricing Protection?

Our Integrity Pricing Protection is a guarantee that allows you to shop early without the fear of missing out on a better deal. If the price of an item you purchased drops further during our Christmas or New Year events, we will refund the difference.

Here’s how it works:

Protection Period: December 14, 2025 ET – December 31, 2025 ET

Eligibility: All items on fibflx.com are eligible. If a subsequent Christmas or New Year promotion results in a lower final price for your identical order, you are covered.

Limitations: Each customer is eligible for a one-time price adjustment.

Exclusions: Price adjustments are not valid on Gift Cards or previous purchases made before the protection period. Cannot be combined with other conflicting discount codes.

How to Request a Price Adjustment?

Simply email our Customer Service team at hello@fibflx.com with your order number. We will verify the lower price eligibility and refund the difference to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.
