What is FIBFLX Integrity Pricing Protection?

Our Integrity Pricing Protection is a one-time price adjustment available on items purchased at fibflx.com from now until the end of the Black Friday period. This thoughtful approach allows us to reduce the seasonal rush on shipping, making sure your items are crafted and delivered with care. 

Here’s how it works:

Protection Period: November 5, 2024 ET – December 1, 2024 ET

Eligibility: All items on fibflx.com are eligible. The price adjustment covers any eligible promotions during the Black Friday period of your order.

Limitations: Each customer is eligible for a single adjustment during Black Friday period, ensuring the best value without additional adjustments.

Discounts: The price adjustment is not valid on gift cards and past purchases. Cannot be combined with any other discount.

How to Request a Price Adjustment?

To request an adjustment, simply email our Customer Service team at hello@fibflx.com with your order number. We’ll verify eligibility and provide a refund for the price difference to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.
